Based on your advice I had a conversation with the Gunnery Sergeant that got us to a working peace, which gradually became a more cooperative working relationship. That alone is a powerful endorsement of your advice, but it gets better. That same Marine who I previously had such friction with recently referred his mother and step-father to me as clients (we are refinancing their home here in California).
